Privacy Policy

AA DEPENDABLE SERVICES LLC (“AA Dependable Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of clients, project participants, business contacts, prospective employees, and visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy describes how information may be received and handled through our website and related communications.

Information We Receive

Visitors may provide information when contacting AA Dependable Services about an engineering requirement, prospective project, employment opportunity, or other business matter. Depending on the interaction, this may include a name, company or organization, professional title, telephone number, email address, project details, and information contained in correspondence.

Limited technical information may also be generated through normal website use. This can include IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and general website activity.

Because aerospace projects may involve sensitive technical or proprietary information, visitors should not submit confidential aircraft data, controlled technical information, proprietary designs, or other sensitive materials through general website communication channels unless an appropriate method for exchanging such information has been established.

How We Use Information

Information received through the website may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engineering engagements, communicate with clients and project participants, maintain business records, administer and improve the website, review employment inquiries, protect our systems, and satisfy applicable legal or contractual obligations.

AA Dependable Services does not sell personal information collected through this website. Information may be shared with service providers supporting legitimate company operations or, within an authorized engineering engagement, with appropriate project participants where necessary to perform the agreed work. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or legal process or where reasonably necessary to protect the company, its systems, rights, or property.

Protection & Retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information maintained through our business systems. No electronic communication or storage system, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, legitimate business recordkeeping, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable obligations.

Individuals may have certain rights concerning their personal information under applicable law. Questions or requests regarding information provided through this website may be submitted through our published contact channels.

Terms of Use

This website is maintained by AA Dependable Services to provide general information about the company and its aerodynamic engineering capabilities. Access to and use of the website are subject to these Terms of Use.

Engineering Information

AA Dependable Services provides specialized aerodynamic engineering services supporting areas such as regional aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems, and special mission aircraft programs. Our work may encompass aircraft configuration development, computational fluid dynamics analysis, flight performance evaluation, wind tunnel data interpretation, aerodynamic assessment, and technical documentation support.

Information published on this website is intended to describe these capabilities at a general level. It does not constitute engineering instructions, an aircraft design specification, flight manual, operating procedure, certification determination, airworthiness determination, safety approval, or authorization to manufacture, modify, test, or operate an aircraft.

Aerodynamic behavior and aircraft performance depend upon numerous project-specific factors. Technical information appearing on this website should therefore not be relied upon for design, modification, certification, testing, flight planning, or operational decisions concerning a particular aircraft or unmanned aircraft system.

Engineering Services Onlyn

AA Dependable Services operates as an engineering services provider. References to aircraft, aircraft configurations, unmanned aircraft systems, aerodynamic development, testing data, or aerospace programs describe the subjects of our engineering work.

The company does not manufacture aircraft or aerospace components, and website descriptions should not be interpreted as an offer to manufacture, fabricate, sell, maintain, repair, or physically modify aircraft or aircraft components.

Simulations, Analysis & Performance Information

Computational models, simulations, wind tunnel information, performance analyses, and similar engineering methods are developed or interpreted according to the requirements, assumptions, inputs, limitations, and objectives of a particular project.

Examples or descriptions appearing online cannot account for all variables relevant to another aircraft configuration or operating environment. Results developed for one program should not be assumed to apply to another aircraft, configuration, mission profile, or set of operating conditions.

Any engineering conclusion intended for project use must be considered within the scope and limitations of the applicable professional engagement and supporting technical documentation.

No Engineering Relationship Through Website Use

Viewing this website, sending an inquiry, or discussing a potential project does not by itself establish an engineer-client relationship or create an obligation to provide engineering services.

Professional responsibilities arise through an authorized engagement establishing the applicable scope, responsibilities, assumptions, deliverables, and other project requirements.

Regulatory & Certification Matters

Aircraft development and operation may be subject to extensive technical, safety, certification, and regulatory requirements. References on this website to compliance, certification support, engineering documentation, or applicable standards describe areas in which engineering activities may support a broader aircraft development program.

Such references do not represent that AA Dependable Services independently grants regulatory approval, certification, airworthiness authorization, or operational approval. Formal determinations and approvals remain the responsibility of the appropriate authorities and other parties assigned those responsibilities under the applicable program.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original website text, graphics, diagrams, branding, design elements, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AA DEPENDABLE SERVICES LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website materials may not be reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, commercially exploited, or represented as another party's work without appropriate authorization.

Engineering analyses, models, calculations, reports, drawings, simulation results, and other project deliverables are governed by the applicable professional services agreement, including provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, permitted use, and reliance. Third-party technologies, trademarks, publications, software, and technical materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Proper Use of the Website

Visitors may use the website for lawful informational and business purposes. Users may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, obtain information through unauthorized means, impersonate another person or organization, or misuse website content.

AA Dependable Services may modify, suspend, or update website content and functionality as appropriate.

Website Disclaimer

Reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and useful information, but website materials may not reflect every subsequent development in aerospace technology, engineering practices, regulatory requirements, or applicable standards.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No website statement should replace the project-specific engineering analysis necessary for an actual aircraft program.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to applicable conflict-of-law principles.

Website Accessibility

AA Dependable Services seeks to provide a website that is accessible and usable by a broad range of visitors, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our digital content is developed with consideration for readable text, logical organization, straightforward navigation, responsive layouts, and compatibility with commonly used browsers and devices. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and the website may be reviewed and improved as technologies and recognized practices evolve.

Third-party websites, documents, technical resources, or external platforms referenced from our pages may be maintained independently and may follow different accessibility practices.

Anyone experiencing difficulty accessing website information may contact AA Dependable Services through the communication channels published on this website. We will make reasonable efforts to understand accessibility concerns and provide information in an appropriate alternative format where practicable.
